OX Lockers are MADE IN USA and offer superior reliability and performance. With our fully selectable locking differential you do not have to compromise daily drivability with extreme off-road capability. With just a simple shift you can go from a normal factory on road handling characteristics to full lock giving your vehicle its maximum capable traction for the toughest terrain. Ox lockers are offered with the widest variety of options available using, 100% mechanical, air, or electric shifting systems. The locking differential is the same regardless of your choice of shift system, allowing an easy switch from one shift system to another.   In addition all lockers and shift systems are compatible with our failsafe mechanical backup locking device.

OX lockers lend their durability to being made with the best materials and processes available. The locker carriers are precision machined from forgings, creating a super tough foundation for the product. The internal gear sets are of a 4 pinion design providing maximum durability, with a timed locking mechanism designed to hold the internal gear sets in the strongest position possible when locked. The locking mechanism is a simple mechanical shift fork and ring design much like a manual transmission shift mechanism that has proven reliable it the automobile for over 100 years. Additionally, we machine a small draft angle on the locking teeth designed to create a more positive engagement as differential torque is applied, preventing the lock mechanism from disengagement when in use.

The internal shifting mechanism is 100% mechanical even when used with the pneumatic or electrical shift systems. Shifting actuation is accomplished thru a shift fork mounted in a heavy-duty differential cover that not only engages the differential into lock bus also adds rigidity and protection to your axle. This mechanical shift mechanism eliminates some of the common failure points such as rotating pneumatic seals, electrical contacts, magnets etc.

OX makes every attempt to make the installation of our lockers easy by, double drilling ring gear mount flanges for the different ring gear bolt diameters available, factory stock bearing sizes where possible, and a shift system design that requires no internal plumbing or housing modifications to complicate things.
